Main Dish
For lunchtime, we bring you a complete dish! Mozzarella-stuffed meatballs on a nice plate of spaghetti! Cooking them with tomato sauce makes them juicy with melted cheese in the center. You’ll feel like you’re in an Italian movie 😀
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- 7 oz ground beef
- 2 oz ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp parmesan
- 1 tsp salt
- 9 mini mozzarella balls (or mozzarella cut into pieces)
- olive oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- spaghetti
Materials

- frying pan
- refrigerator
Preparation
Step 1:
In a bowl, combine milk and breadcrumbs and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Step 2:

Add the ground beef, ground pork, egg, chopped garlic, parmesan, and salt to the mixture and combine well with your hands.
Step 3:

Take portions of the mixture and flatten them in your palm. Place a mini mozzarella ball in the center and close it to form a meatball.
Step 4:

Refrigerate the meatballs for about 10 minutes to make them firmer.
Step 5:

In a hot pan with olive oil, sear the meatballs on all sides over medium-high heat.
Step 6:

Once browned, add the tomato sauce, cover, and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Step 7:

And there you have it! Serve over a plate of spaghetti and enjoy! 🙂
