Brooke Meredith Welcomes Her First Child
Brooke Meredith, the former girlfriend of celebrity veterinarian Dr Chris Brown, has welcomed her first child. The 35-year-old model shared the joyful news on Instagram, where she announced the arrival of her baby boy and revealed his sweet name.
“Our darling Fletcher. Born 25.03.26. 3.57kg.” she wrote, accompanied by a heartfelt message: “A love like never before.”
In addition to the announcement, Brooke shared a heartwarming carousel of images capturing the precious moments with her newborn son. One image showed her gently kissing baby Fletcher on the cheek, highlighting the deep bond between mother and child.
Another photo featured Brooke doting on her newborn as he was cradled in the arms of his father, although she has not publicly identified him. A third image captured the cherubic infant fast asleep in a bassinet, with his tiny fists resting on his adorable cheeks.
The post quickly received an outpouring of well-wishes and congratulations from friends and followers. Sunrise star Sam Mac commented: “Perfecto. Over the moon for you! Welcome to the world Fletcher! Can’t wait to meet you.”
Lindy Klim added: “Oh congratulations!! How beautiful xxx,” while Block star Dani Wales wrote: “Perfect boy. Congratulations xx”
Former Living Room host Baz Dubois summed up the sentiment of many with: “So beautiful, congratulations and sending love.”
Brooke had previously revealed her pregnancy in December last year. She shared a photo of her ultrasound image tied to a Christmas tree, along with an exciting announcement in the caption.
“Six months of loving you. A lifetime to come. Our greatest blessing yet,” she wrote, adding a love heart emoji.
Many of Brooke’s celebrity friends took to the comments to offer their well wishes.
A Look at Brooke’s Past Relationships
Brooke dated Dr Chris Brown, 48, for two years from 2020 to 2022. The pair did not publicly announce their breakup, and reports of their split only became known when Chris confirmed he was once again single.
Currently, Chris is dating Brisbane-based Channel Ten publicist Lorraine Monforte. The couple confirmed their relationship in September, but they are keeping their relationship offline despite it being an open secret.
Before Lorraine, Chris dated former Ten presenter Liv Phyland for about a year. They were photographed together but never walked a red carpet.
Prior to Liv, he was in a relationship with Channel Nine producer Kendall Bora from 2016 to 2018. His other exes include Bondi project manager Hannah Thomas and Home and Away actress Kassandra Clementi.
