Texas Man Accused of Disposing of Human Remains at FBI Headquarters
A disturbing incident has unfolded in Texas, where a man is accused of a serious offence involving human remains and the FBI’s Dallas field office. Michael Chadwick Fry, 41, has been arrested and charged with abuse of a corpse without legal authority, following an investigation that has unearthed a series of unsettling details.
The case began when Fry’s mother contacted the Bartonville Police Department, expressing concern after her son requested money to rent a U-Haul truck, cryptically stating he “had a body that needed to be moved.” Responding officers arrived at Fry’s home in Denton County, but he had already departed, reportedly becoming agitated after his conversation with his mother.
Disturbing Videos Surface
The investigation took a bizarre and alarming turn when Fry’s sister presented authorities with a YouTube video posted by her brother. Titled, “We send Elizabeth over the FBI fence to summon them by force,” the video allegedly depicts Fry tossing a sealed white bucket over the fence of the FBI’s Dallas field office. Fry himself claimed the bucket contained “Elizabeth’s remains.”

Investigators subsequently reviewed security footage from the FBI office, which they state shows Fry at the location, referencing “Elizabeth’s remains” before discarding the bucket. The FBI in Dallas has confirmed that the bucket did indeed contain human bones.
Further adding to the macabre nature of the allegations, another video uploaded by Fry on March 16, titled “Fry and Barto news! Where we reveal mass killers,” shows him displaying a human skull on a table outside his Bartonville residence. In this video, Fry identifies the skull as “Elizabeth Virginia Lyon.” Law enforcement officials believe this skull may be connected to the bones discovered at the FBI office, and the remains are currently undergoing testing to confirm their identity.
A Trail of Suspicious Activity
Fry’s mother also provided police with further concerning information. She reported discovering GPS searches for cemeteries on her son’s car, with one location in Arlington, Texas, and two in Oklahoma City. Additionally, she noticed a new shovel at the residence and mentioned that Fry had recently begun locking a shed located behind the house.
Investigators have since uncovered evidence suggesting Fry may have stolen an urn containing human remains from a cemetery in Oklahoma City, where an active theft investigation was initiated in February. Moreover, evidence at a Denton cemetery indicated that a coffin had been removed from a mausoleum, according to a police release.
Past Incidents and Extensive Criminal Record
Adding another layer to this complex case, police have confirmed that Michael Chadwick Fry is the same individual involved in a 2018 incident. In that event, a truck was driven into the building of a Dallas news station during a live morning broadcast.

In the 2018 incident, Fry crashed a rented pickup truck into the station and scattered thousands of documents bearing phrases such as “high treason” and “witchery.” These documents were reportedly news reports concerning a 2012 Denton County shooting where deputies fatally shot a driver who had been ramming a police vehicle; Fry was a passenger in that vehicle. Fortunately, no one was injured during the 2018 incident. At the time, police described Fry as appearing to seek media attention and speaking incoherently. He later offered an apology to FOX4 during a court hearing.
A review of court records reveals a significant criminal history for Fry, with over two dozen arrests since 2003. His past charges include assault causing bodily injury, burglary of a habitation, theft, terroristic threat, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest.
In the current investigation, Fry faces charges of two counts of abuse of a corpse and one third-degree felony count of tampering with evidence, as confirmed by Bartonville police. He is currently being held at the Denton County Jail on a $30,000 bond. The investigation into these disturbing events is ongoing.
