Kelly Ripa may no longer co-host Live with Ryan Seacrest, but that hasn’t stopped her from taking a few playful jabs at him. During the Thursday, April 2, episode of Live with Kelly and Mark, Ripa and her husband, Mark Consuelos, were deep in a conversation about undergarments when the topic of Seacrest came up.
Consuelos, who took over as co-host in 2023, joked, “You should make sure you have a cotton crotch.” He then turned to his wife and added, “Ryan Seacrest would split his pants here a lot!”
Ripa confirmed the memory, sharing, “He’d split his pants constantly.” She then turned to Live executive producer Michael Gelman and asked, “Do you remember when Ryan would split his pants just doing random things?”

“I’m missing a lot of things,” she stressfully said, as Consuelos assured her, “It looks good!” Just like Consuelos did months prior, Ripa pulled the zipper of her pants closed in front of viewers, adding, “Look, it’s fine. We’re all together. I think my fly is up. We’re fine.”
