The significant distance to her current residence on a ranch in Georgia with her husband, Jake Bongiovi, is a likely factor. David’s absence from this particular cast reunion comes several months after reports emerged that he had been investigated by Stranger Things show officials. This followed a complaint reportedly filed by Millie Bobby Brown regarding his conduct on the set of the Netflix series. A source told the Daily Mail in November, “Millie Bobby Brown filed a harassment and bullying claim before they started shooting the last season.” The source further stated that “there were pages and pages of accusations” and that “the investigation went on for months.” These bullying claims surfaced amidst ongoing drama surrounding David’s separation from his ex-wife, Lily Allen. The singer alluded to his infidelity in her critically acclaimed album West End Girl, where she suggested he had a three-year affair with a woman she nicknamed Madeline.
