The 47-year-old media personality, who rose to fame with his influential blog launched in 2004, shared a series of candid images from his hospital bed, sparking concern among fans and fellow celebrities alike.
While Hilton has kept the specifics of his ailment under wraps, he assured his audience that he is now back home and intends to share the full details of his experience soon. The visuals shared depicted him wearing a hospital gown and an oxygen mask, with one poignant image showing his mother by his side, offering comfort and support. His mother was seen adjusting his pillow, ensuring his comfort, and he was also presented with get-well balloons, adding a touch of brightness to his recovery.
In a cryptic but telling Instagram caption accompanying the hospital photos, Hilton simply wrote, “March madness indeed! Have I got a story to tell!” This statement has fuelled speculation about the nature of his health crisis.
Further elaborating on his hospital stay, Hilton uploaded a separate video montage featuring short clips filmed from his hospital bed. In a voiceover, he expressed his gratitude for the “best care” he received at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas, where he has resided for the past three years. He extended a special thank you to the medical staff, acknowledging their crucial role in his swift return home.
“I would not be home already if it weren’t for you,” he stated in the video. He also promised to delve deeper into the “health saga that I went through soon in full detail.” The accompanying caption for the video lauded the hospital staff, calling them “angels.”
Hilton has indicated that he plans to share more comprehensive details about his health ordeal in a video to be released on his YouTube channel on Monday.
