Rare and candid photo of Lilibet highlights her special bond with Prince Harry

Harry and Meghan shared a rare photograph with their two kids, Archie and Lilibet, for Christmas 2025.

In line with their family tradition, the couple shared an adorable family photograph for their 2025 Christmas card portrait.

The photograph was taken in their impressive garden in their Montecito home and captured an adorable family moment.

“Happy Holidays! From our family to yours,” Meghan wrote on Instagram alongside the picture.

Lilibet made a rare appearance with her parents, Meghan and Harry, to give back to the community.

Ahead of Thanksgiving 2025, both Lilibet and Archie helped to prepare meals for the local community at Our Big Kitchen Los Angeles (OBKLA).

It was part of Harry and Meghan’s Archewell Foundation teaming up with the community-run kitchen.

Photographs from the event showed Archie and Lilibet joining their parents on the packaging line as they rolled up balls of dough.

In a caption, Meghan wrote, “Show up, do good.”

In honour of International Day of the Girl on October 11, Meghan shared this loving snap with her daughter on Instagram.

“To “all the girls – this world is yours,” she wrote. “Do everything you can to protect your rights, use your voice, support each other. We will do the same for you.

“It’s your right and our responsibility. Go get ‘em girl!

“Happy International Day of the Girl.”

Meghan also shared a sweet video of Lilibet running around at home to mark the international day.

Meghan shared some sweet behind-the-scenes moments from the second season of With Love, Meghan.

One of them was this adorable photo of her daughter Lilibet, with her make-up artist Daniel Martin.

She’s growing up so fast!

“Filming season two of ‘With Love, Meghan’ was more fun than you can imagine,” the Duchess of Sussex wrote in her Instagram caption.

“Part of how we kept the vibe alive? Music. Between set ups I would play a song from my phone, and today I wanted to share some of the favourites I kept on rotation! Add them to your playlist, press shuffle, and enjoy! Happy Labour Day weekend! Work hard, play hard ”

Meghan also shared this photo of her children, who watched and listened to her film the second season of her show.

Meghan showed off Lilibet’s gorgeous, long red locks in a story shared to Instagram on August 26, 2025.

In the video, her daughter was seen running through their kitchen to kiss a framed black and white photo of their late family dog Guy, gifted to Meghan from Harry.

The Duchess of Sussex provided fans with a behind-the-scenes glimpse into her As Ever brand after her second restocking sold out.

In that, we see her bonding with her daughter. In the brief video at the end, Meghan and Lilibet stood on a bridge.

“Hope you enjoy your treats when they arrive this week! ,” she wrote on Instagram.

In celebration of Father’s Day, Meghan shared a special reel with videos of Harry with his children.

“The best. Happy Father’s Day to our favourite guy ,” she wrote on Instagram.

In this video, Harry and Lilibet were running barefoot together in the sunshine.

As a throwback, Meghan also shared this moment from when Lilibet was a baby.

Another father-daughter moment that Meghan shared was when Lilibet was initially scared to give this horse a carrot!

It’s clear that Harry and Lilibet love each other.

Harry embraced his children on the swing.

In this adorable video, Lilibet ran after her father and Archie, while he rode his bike.

The Duchess of Sussex also shared a video of her daughter, her hair has grown so long!

For her fourth birthday, Lilibet went to Disneyland with her brother Archie, and her parents.

Posting a sweet reel to Instagram, Meghan said it was “two days of pure joy”.

By the looks of the sweet video snippets included, such as this one, the young royal enjoyed lots of rides and attractions.

During their time at Disneyland, Archie and Lilibet also enjoyed a merry-go-round ride.

During her birthday celebrations, Lilibet was also lucky enough to meet Elsa from Frozen, as her parents watched on happily.

The Sussexes all wore Mickey Mouse ears as they ventured around the parks.

In the sweet reel, we see Lilibet guide Prince Harry excitedly through Disneyland for her fourth birthday.

While Meghan shared snippets of Lilibet’s birthday, she is still determined to protect their privacy, and covered their faces in this family photo.

According to a source who spoke to Hello!, most of the trip would have taken place away from the public.

“Celebrity guests are typically driven around by a personal tour guide backstage so they don’t have to go through the crowds in the park and [they get to] use cast member entrances backstage to enter the rides,” the source said.

This picture was also reportedly taken outside of one of the Walt Disney apartments.

To celebrate Lilibet’s fourth birthday on June 4, 2021, her proud mum, Meghan, took to Instagram to share a sweet tribute alongside two never-before-seen photos of the young royal.

“Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today, she came into our lives, and each day is brighter and better because of it. Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!”

In celebration of Lilibet’s fourth birthday, Meghan also shared this never-before-seen photo of Harry with his then-baby daughter.

“The sweetest bond to watch unfold ,” she wrote. “Daddy’s little girl and favourite adventurer. Happy birthday Lili!”

Meghan also shared this adorable photo of Harry and Lilibet together to celebrate her fourth birthday alongside a video of herself dancing while in labour with Lilibet.

“Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work, there was only one thing left to do! ” she wrote.

Meghan posted this sweet photo of her with Archie and Lilibet to Instagram for Mother’s Day. The Duchess of Sussex praised her children and “juggling it all with joy!”

“And to these two gems-who still attempt to climb ‘Mama Mountain’, smother me with kisses, and make every day the most memorable adventure….being your mom is the greatest privilege of my life ,” she wrote.

“I, too, ‘love you more than all the stars in all the sky, all the raindrops, and all the salt on all the French fries in all the world’.”

Only a day after Prince Harry lost his second appeal for taxpayer-funded security in the UK, Meghan shared a new family photo of her husband with their fast-growing kids presumably walking through the garden of their home in Montecito, California.

The black and white image had no caption, but it is a lovely photo nonetheless.

In late April 2025, the Duchess of Sussex shared a new snap of her sweet Lilibet, her long red hair on full display.

She certainly follows in the footsteps of her father, who has fiery red hair of his own!

The Duchess of Sussex posted a loving photo with both of her children on March 25, 2025, to her business Instagram account As Ever.

“Every day is a love story ,” she captioned the photo.

It seems they are all enjoying quality time together in the garden of their family home in Montecito, California!

The Duchess of Sussex shared a photo of Lilibet sharing a cuddle with her dad, in a gallery for International Women’s Day 2025.

“Celebrating the strong women around us & the girls with dreams who will become women with vision. Also, thanking those who uplift us every day,” she captioned the post.

Along with featuring a photo of her daughter, Meghan also included a throwback and present photo with her mother, Doria Ragland, and a photo embracing Harry at the beach.

“When the aunties come to celebrate… and to play! Love you @serenawilliams.”

Meghan shared a new photo of Princess Lilibet on her Instagram stories in March 2025, showing her playing with none other than Serena Williams!

In the photo, Lilibet can be seen with her back to the camera playing a game with Serena.

Meghan also included a countdown to her new Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, which premiered on March 4, 2025.

After almost 18 months of no new images, the Duke and Duchess released a new image of their fast-growing daughter, her long red hair flowing in the wind as she raced to embrace her doting father, Prince Harry.

In the image, which was included in the Sussex family 2024 Christmas card, Princess Lilibet is pictured alongside her brother, Prince Archie, who is racing to embrace his mother, Meghan Markle.

The image is assumed to have been taken at the family home in Montecito, California, and also features their family dogs Guy, Pula, and Momma Mia.

The toddler was spotted enjoying a 4th of July parade in her hometown of Montecito in 2023 with her mum, Meghan, close by. 

In a video shared to the Rosewood Miramar Beach Instagram account, the reclusive royals were briefly shown waving at Model T Ford cars as they drove by. 

Mum and daughter were also shown to be holding miniature American flag pinwheels in their hands.

Doting dad Harry was also spotted in the background chatting to another parade attendee, with Archie wrapped around his leg, remaining mostly unseen from the camera.  

This is one of the most recent photos of Lilibet that’s been shared to date. It also featured in Harry & Meghan.

Close friend and photographer Misan Harriman was one of a few special guests who were invited to the princess’s first birthday party, a casual, intimate backyard picnic at Frogmore Cottage. 

Sharing some of the snaps to his social media, Misan said it was a “privilege” to be celebrating the young royal’s birthday. 

“It was such a privilege to celebrate the 1st birthday of Lilibet with my family and hers! Joy and face painting all around!” he captioned the photos.
