Love Island All Stars: Pie-Gate Drama Reignites as Islanders Clash Over Past Incidents
The villa of Love Island: All Stars was once again abuzz with tension on Wednesday night, as a familiar feud between Samie Elishi and Lucinda Strafford resurfaced, much to the dismay of their fellow islanders. The catalyst for the renewed conflict was a seemingly innocuous question and answer game, designed to gauge public opinion on past villa events. Specifically, the vote centred on whether Lucinda’s forceful pieing of Samie during a previous challenge was deemed “uncalled for.”
The incident in question, which occurred earlier in the month, saw Lucinda deliver a pie to Samie’s face with considerable force during a “Snog, Marry, Avoid” game. Samie, visibly upset at the time, expressed her feelings, stating that the act had hurt her deeply and that she sought clarity from the public to validate her reaction. “I wanted clarity for myself that I wasn’t going mad in that situation,” Samie explained. “I just felt like there was like, a bit of force behind that. I just remember it because it like hurt my feelings a lot.”
Lucinda, however, appeared keen to move past the incident, responding with a firm, “We’re not going over this again. I feel like the force of the pie. I can’t have another conversation on it. The past is the past.”

Despite Lucinda’s reluctance to revisit the issue, the islanders received a text revealing the results of the public vote. A significant 63% of viewers agreed that Lucinda’s pieing of Samie was indeed uncalled for, while 37% disagreed.
Remaining largely unapologetic, Lucinda maintained her stance, stating, “It wasn’t technically uncalled for. I think: ‘Who actually cares?'” This response only served to further provoke Samie, who retorted, “I do because it hurt my feelings at the time. Even you laughing in my face and me walking away.” The ensuing bickering created an increasingly uncomfortable atmosphere for the other islanders, prompting Tommy to intervene and urge the pair to let the matter drop.
The public’s reaction on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) was swift and divided. Many viewers sided with Samie, believing Lucinda should have offered a more sincere apology. Comments included: “Okay Lucinda should’ve just apologised but Samie needs to get over it and let it go ngl”; and “In this scenario, yes Samie was right to get closure and clarity. It was uncalled for. A majority agree. Lucinda did laugh in her face. She should own it and apologise.”

However, a segment of the audience felt Samie was dwelling on the past. “Samie needs to know that Lucinda is always going to laugh talking about the pie she needs to let it go”; “Samie STILL hung up on Lucinda pieing her 2 WEEKS ago…”; and “Samie wants an apology. But Lucinda ain’t gonna give it. Thats it.” A particularly pointed comment read, “Lucinda is completely me in this situation as Samie has dragged this on painfully long now. If you know she doesn’t care stop trying to make her care.”

Tommy’s Doubts Cast a Shadow Over the Villa
Elsewhere in the Love Island: All Stars villa, a different kind of public scrutiny left one islander feeling dejected. Tommy Bradley found himself in a somber mood following a brutal game that revealed the public’s perception of his relationship with Jessy Potts. The couple faced a pointed question: “Is Jessy playing it safe with Tommy to get to the final?”
The results were a stark and surprising 83% in favour of “yes,” with only 17% voting “no.” This outcome left the entire villa in stunned silence and cast a significant pall over Tommy. He appeared to grapple with the possibility that Jessy might indeed be using him as a strategic stepping stone towards the final, leading to an undeniably awkward atmosphere.
Viewers were quick to express their sympathy for Tommy on X. Many felt he was being unfairly treated and deserved better. Reactions included: “I’m about to break into that villa to rescue Tommy. He doesn’t deserve this!”; and “I just want to hug Tommy.” The sentiment underscored a growing concern among the audience for Tommy’s emotional well-being in the face of such a public and potentially damaging revelation.
