Dan Ross, who has held the positions of President and CEO for 17 years, has announced his retirement. Ross’s journey with the arts began in 1983 when he was a musician with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic. Over the decades, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the local arts scene through various capacities, including arts administration, nonprofit management, fund development, arts advocacy, and performance operations. His extensive experience and deep commitment have left an indelible mark on the cultural landscape of the region.
