If your favorite McDonald’s item was previously removed from the menu, there might be some exciting news for you. The fast food chain has just announced its next limited-edition lineup, and several previously discontinued products are making a comeback. Alongside these returning favorites, there will also be some brand new creations, including two new Sprite Zero Mixology flavors.
From April 27, customers can expect to see a range of changes across the menu, from breakfast and burgers to drinks and desserts. Let’s take a closer look at what’s coming back and what’s new.

McDonald’s is bringing a spicy twist to breakfast with the launch of Frank’s RedHot Ketchup. Described as a “sweet, tangy number” with “spice,” this ketchup is part of a new Franks RedHot breakfast range. This includes a Sausage & Egg McMuffin x Frank’s RedHot Ketchup, available as either a Single or Double McMuffin. There will also be a fiery version of the Breakfast Wrap featuring the ketchup inside.

For burger lovers, the Big Tasty and the Double Big Tasty are making a return. These iconic burgers were last seen on the menu during Christmas, when they underwent a major update. The Big Tasty now features a 100% British & Irish quarter-pounder beef patty, cheese slices, lettuce, onions, juicy tomato, and a unique smoky-flavored sauce, all served in a freshly toasted sesame bun. The Double Big Tasty offers an even more indulgent experience.
Another savory treat returning is the Mozzarella Dippers, which will be available once more, paired with a salsa dip.

Those with a sweet tooth will be pleased to hear that the Biscoff McFlurry is back after a year away. This treat features a classic dairy soft serve base swirled with Biscoff biscuit crumb. It’s joined by the Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry, covered in chocolate pieces and a chocolate sauce.
The “drink of the summer” from 2025 is also returning in 2026: the Frozen Cherry Lemonade. This drink combines tangy frozen lemonade with a deliciously sweet cherry-flavored swirl. Another highlight is the Chocolate Honeycomb Frappe, topped with cream and honeycomb pieces.

While there are no new food items this time around (unless you count the Frank’s RedHot Ketchup), there are two new drinks: Raspberry x Sprite Zero and Pineapple x Sprite Zero. Each of these drinks features Sprite Zero mixed with a sugar-free fruit-flavored syrup.
