According to preliminary reports, a man entered the store and expressed interest in examining a specific Rolex timepiece. In a swift and audacious move, the suspect, moments after being handed the watch for inspection, grabbed the luxury item and made a rapid escape.
Eyewitness accounts suggest the perpetrator fled the scene with considerable urgency, heading directly towards Exit C of the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station. This strategic escape route indicates a potential pre-planned getaway, aiming to quickly blend into the city’s extensive public transportation network. Store staff, in a valiant but ultimately unsuccessful attempt to apprehend the thief, pursued him but quickly lost sight of the suspect.
