Victoria Beckham’s 51st Birthday Tribute: David in a Speedo

Victoria Beckham showcased a more playful side of her husband, David, on his 51st birthday. The Spice Girls singer, 52, celebrated the retired footballer on Saturday, May 2, by sharing a series of fun photos on Instagram. In one image, David was seen wearing just a pair of Speedos and sunglasses, with a big smile on his face.

One photo captured the athlete emerging from the ocean, sporting the tiny red bathing suit and sunglasses. Victoria also shared a heartfelt message in one post, writing: “You are our world, our everything. We love you so much!!!” Another image showed her kissing David on the cheek while he blew out his birthday candles.

The couple also appeared happy as they lounged on a boat while exploring a cave in another photo.

In a lighthearted Instagram Story, Victoria jokingly showed David with a bald spot after he shaved his hair. She captioned it: “Happy birthday @davidbeckham!!! Wanted to celebrate you today by sharing one of your finest moments.”

Another post featured David having fun with chickens while wearing a cowboy hat and casual jeans. In a different tribute to her husband, she wrote: “You are our world, our everything. We love you so much!!! Happy birthday to the best husband, daddy, son, brother, and friend. To the kindest, most generous soul. We will spoil you all day!!!! Nobody deserves it more than you, xxx.”

The birthday celebration comes at a time when David and Victoria are dealing with a feud with their son, Brooklyn Beckham. While the 27-year-old photographer did not publicly wish his father a happy birthday, his siblings took to Instagram to send heartfelt messages.

Their middle son, Romeo, 23, shared a throwback photo of himself as a child with David sucking on lollipops.

The couple’s other son, Cruz, 21, posted a photo of David playing guitar and sitting on a boat. He wrote: “I love you xxx,” and added, “Happy birthday xxx.”

As for Brooklyn, he has been in conflict with his parents since last year. In January, he released a scathing public statement claiming that his parents tried to “control” him.

“I do not want to reconcile with my family,” he said online at the time. “I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life. For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family.”
