A Bold Start from Vaibhav Sooryavanshi
In the Indian Premier League 2026 match between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati, young batter Vaibhav Sooryavanshi made a strong statement with his performance. Opening the innings for Rajasthan Royals, he showed remarkable confidence against RCB’s experienced pacers, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Josh Hazlewood.
Sooryavanshi started the chase on a positive note, hitting a boundary off the very first ball of the innings. Out of the four deliveries he faced, Sooryavanshi hit three consecutive fours in the first three balls, followed by a six to finish the over. This display not only showcased his technical skills but also his mental strength under pressure.
RCB’s Strong Total and RR’s Chase
