They scored a formidable 229/4 in 20 overs, maintaining control of the match with consistent wickets and strong batting to move closer to a play-off spot with their fourth consecutive victory.
Shubman Gill was exceptional, scoring a brilliant 84 off just 44 balls. He was well-supported by Sai Sudharsan, who contributed a fine 55 off 36 deliveries. Their partnership of 118 runs for the opening wicket provided Gujarat with a solid foundation after Rajasthan chose to bowl first.
Gill was in top form, hitting 84 (with 9 fours and 3 sixes) at a strike rate of over 190. Jos Butler added 13 runs, while Washington Sundar remained unbeaten on 37 off 20 balls. Rahul Tewatia also played a crucial role, finishing strongly to help GT reach 229.

Chasing 230 proved challenging for Rajasthan, but Vaibhav Sooryavanshi got them off to a strong start with a 16-ball 36, including three fours and three sixes. Dhruv Jurel continued the aggressive scoring with 24 off 10 balls.
Rashid Khan turned the game around in the middle overs by taking four wickets, removing Jurel, Donovan Ferreira, and Ravindra Jadeja. Jason Holder claimed three wickets, while Kagiso Rabada picked up two. Mohammed Siraj also removed Vaibhav Sooryavanshi in the powerplay.
Jadeja tried to steady the innings with a 38 off 25 balls, but Rajasthan continued to lose wickets and were eventually all out for 152 in 16.3 overs. Gujarat Titans maintained their advantage throughout the innings and secured a crucial win in the race for the IPL 2026 playoffs.
